Gary had failing implants and dentures. He could not wear them due to terrible denture sores and a bad gag reflex. He was losing all hope in his life. He was on antidepressants and anxiety medications and didn’t want to leave his house. There was one time when his dentures flew out of his mouth while sneezing at the grocery store. He was so embarrassed and ashamed.
He went to five other dentists who said they could not help him—his case was too hard or impossible. He found Dr. Lampee, and in one surgery we were able to give Gary back his life. No more antidepressants, no more anxiety medications. He wants to live. He has completely transformed his life with his new Teeth in 24 implants.
His case was very challenging, but that is what Dr. Lampee does on a daily basis. Most of his lower jawbone had resorbed, but we were able to get in four perfect implants on the lower.
On his top, he had almost no bone. We had to place pterygoid implants where his wisdom teeth used to be. We had to place zygomatic implants in his cheekbones. We had to place nasal floor implants in the floor of his nose. We then had to do an implant called an incisive canal implant (there is a bony hole behind where the two top front teeth used to be, and we were able to squeeze an implant in there).
The staff is very nice and polite and very helpfull. Dr. Lampee it very nice genital and never causes you any pain, and when giving you a shot he does it very slow while the nurse rubs your arm so you don't think about the pain, which there is hardly none. If you have to call him for any reason he calls back right away anytime of the day. I would recommend him to anyone thats needs a dentist. I would go back and do it again if I had to another one.
Going to the dentist is absolutely my least favorite thing in life. I have been going to Beaverton Smile Center for four or five years now and I have to say that all the staff helps to make the experience as painless as possible. The front office staff, Kristen the hygienist, Dr. Lampee, all are open, approachable and talk you through whatever they are working on so you are part of it and there are no surprises. I recommend them highly.
Every 6 months I get to go see Dr Lampee and his amazing staff and I always feel so welcome. I always walk out of there with a nice clean smile!! And I look forward to seeing them in another 6 months 🙂
I hate going to the dentist. I hadn't gone in ten years, and expected it to be awful. Well, it wasn't awful. I felt at ease here, Dr. Lampee made me feel comfortable and gave me positive reinforcement about my dental habits rather than finding some small area to criticize. I got a handwritten card a week later that made reference to things we had chatted about during my visit, and they were very cool about my needing to reschedule on short notice. 5 star experience. I'll go there again.
I have been entrusting Dr. Lampee at Beaverton Smile Center with my oral health for almost 3 years. In that course of time he and his team have earned my respect and confidence. I have my teeth cleaned twice a year and for the first time in my life I look forward to visiting the hygienist! If I have an issue that needs to be addressed I am never made to feel guilty. The staff calmly explains my best course of action while accommodating my emergent needs immediately. Recently when one of my closest friend's started to experience extreme pain and his dentist couldn't see him on short notice I referred him to Beaverton Smile Center. It turned out to be a severely infected tooth that required an emergency root canal. Dr. Lampee and his team saw him the very same day. It felt great when he called back to say thank you for the referral 🙂

Ideally located this friendly dentist office has got it! They are thorough, affordable, and super nice! Dr Lampee is kind, gentle and dedicated while his staff of assistants and receptionists go over and above to treat you like family! I would recommend Dr Lampee and the Beaverton Smile Center to anyone looking for a good dentist; you will treated with respect and more kindness than you will know what to do with!
After my family dentist retired I began to have trouble finding a new dentist that I felt comfortable with. I had a couple of bad experiences and combined with the ones I had while in the Military I ended up just not seeing anyone. The years slipped by and before I realized it had been ten years. A minor problem with a tooth forced me on a new search and I ended up seeing Dr. Lampee last week. The staff is very friendly and the office atmosphere is geared towards relaxing you. They have many options to help you if you have any anxiety over a procedure. I can tell that I have found a new home and I am telling all my friends and family about the great experience I have had.
Dr. Lampee has been my dentist for a few years, and is now my husband's dentist, too. We have both been happy with him and his staff. They are friendly and professional. Recently, I referred my daughter-in-law to Dr. Lampee. She took her six year old son and four year old daughter to see him after they moved to this area. She said their experience could not have gone any better!
I had not been to the Dentist for quite some time after a very bad experience with a Hillsboro Dentist. I had been looking for a Dentist for about a year and every Dentist I contacted did not want to work with me.I saw a TV ad for Dr Lampee and contacted his office.They said they would be happy to work with me and set an appointment for a consultation.I was very comfortable with every one in the clinic. I have since had two appointments and I am very comfortable going back to him. Dr Lampee is very good at working with people and also a very good Dentist.
